The money will allow us to\u00a0keep more church and chapel buildings in Northern Ireland in good repair. That is especially important due to the challenge of Covid-19 and will help churches and chapels play their part in helping local people during these difficult times.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">Communities Minister Deirdre Hargey said:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u201cI am delighted that I have been able to provide this support. This will help catalyse renewal activity and animate communities affected by Covid-19 by working with them to tackle the issues faced by our historic church buildings.
