\"\"<\/a>The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) has revealed the 15 finalists in its Art of Building Photographer of the Year competition.<\/h3>\n

\u2026 competition is a universal conversation\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

CIOB writes:<\/p>\n

The 15 images made it past the judging panel out of the thousands submitted from more than 100 countries around the world.\u00a0 In the final are photographs from Australia, China, Indonesia, Russia, the USA and the UK.<\/p>\n

Now the CIOB is asking the public to help choose this year\u2019s winner, as the competition now enters its final stage.<\/p>\n

The competition, now in its 11th year, celebrates the creativity of the construction industry and the built world around us.<\/p>\n

Caroline Gumble, CIOB chief executive, said: \u201cWe applaud everyone who entered our competition \u2013 so much of the photography we\u2019ve seen for this year\u2019s Art of Building is breathtakingly beautiful. It\u2019s also truly inspiring to see how these photographers can tell the story of the built world around us with new and unusual perspectives. This competition is a universal conversation between those who build and those who wonder at the buildings around us.\u201d<\/p>\n

There are two awards to be won: the \u00a31,500 Judges\u2019 Prize, chosen by the judges, and the \u00a31,500 Public Choice Award chosen by the public through an online vote.<\/p>\n

Vote for the winner on\u00a0the competition website<\/a>. Winners will be announced on 26 January 2021.<\/p>\n
