ALL IHBC members with a say at the online AGM on 3 December are called on to vote in advance \u2018by proxy\u2019, even if attending \u2013 votes during the AGM take precedence, allowing for changed positions \u2013 and \u2018help the IHBC move past the pandemic\u2019 by modernising our governance and planning our future.<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n
The IHBC\u2019s 2020 AGM will consider important new resolutions on modernising governance and corporate planning.
