If it was unsafe to do so, some guidance on subsequently reviewing the contract clauses that required attention was included.<\/p>\n<p>To complement this information, we are pleased to attach a flow chart to give you a visual aid together with a reminder of two guidance notes on this matter released by Construction Leadership Council and the UK Government on 7 May 2020.
