The Awards consist of seven  categories that reflect the different types of projects that benefit  from Lottery funding. The categories are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Arts Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Education Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Environment Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Health Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Heritage Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Sports Project<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Best Charity\/Voluntary Project<\/p>\n<p>If you are  involved in, or know of, inspirational projects and want to help them  win a \u00a32,000 cash prize please contact Michael Theodorou at the  Charities Aid Foundation on 01732 520 187\u00a0 to  nominate them in this year\u2019s Awards.<br \/>\nYou can also fill in the  nomination application form on <a title=\"http:\/\/www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk\/awards\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk\/awards\">www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk\/awards<\/a> You can enter more than one category.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for entries  is 5pm on Friday 13 March 2009. A shortlist of 70 projects will be drawn  up and public voting will take place between 3 August and 14 August.
