Our South East Branch is hosting a timely Annual School which will delve into the problems besetting our ailing high streets and examine ways of making positive improvements. This event will be essential not only for those in the heritage sector but those involved in town planning, regeneration and town centre management\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>IHBC Education Secretary Andrew Shepherd said: IHBC Bursaries are available and competition for the available funds is strong even though there are so many educational opportunities available. If you do want to apply for the bursary support to get there, start following the web guidance promptly, and with care. Remember too that some of our Branches also offer bursary support, and you can find out more from them direct.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The IHBC\u2019s South East Branch School Committee said: \u2018We are really looking forward to welcoming delegates to Brighton&#8217;s famous seafront in June.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The evolving nature of town centres continues to be an area full of challenges and opportunities, in which heritage plays a key part.\u00a0 The range of talks from top speakers will provide a very useful insight into this, looking both at the strategic and case study-focussed scales.\u2018<\/p>\n<p>\u2018For those who\u00a0 can make the three days of Full School, the tours and extra events on offer will provide an opportunity to explore the region and get access to buildings and sites that are not normally available.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>IHBC Director Se\u00e1n O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018Since our Belfast School we have been re-focussing on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihbc.org.uk\/learning\/cpd\/index.html\">CPD priorities and content<\/a> of our Schools.
