The Pier Hotel has also been evacuated.<\/p>\n<p>About 60 firefighters and 12 engines were sent to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Six people have been treated for minor injuries, with one taken to hospital suffering from breathing difficulties, the ambulance service said.<\/p>\n<p>All those who were in the hotel when the fire started have been accounted for, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said.<\/p>\n<p>Nearby residents have been advised to keep windows and doors closed.
