{"id":2340,"date":"2011-02-04T16:17:35","date_gmt":"2011-02-04T16:17:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=2340"},"modified":"2011-02-04T16:17:35","modified_gmt":"2011-02-04T16:17:35","slug":"hca-lists-assets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=2340","title":{"rendered":"HCA lists assets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,Helvetica,Arial;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Housing and regeneration quango the Homes Communities Agency (HCA) has published a list of its land and property assets as part of government plans to free up public land for community uses.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HCA says:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,Helvetica,Arial;\">As part of our commitment to the Government&#8217;s transparency agenda we are publishing a detailed list of all our land and property assets categorised by local authority area, type of asset, size and address.
