It also provides details on how applications will be dealt with.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CLG writes:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,Helvetica,Arial;\">This prospectus invites applications by 21 February 2011 from eligible organisations for grant funding under the Department for Communities and Local Government\u2019s (DCLG) Supporting Communities and Neighbourhoods in Planning scheme.<\/p>\n<p>A small number of grants (probably three to five at any one time) will be awarded to provide advice, guidance and assistance to communities and community organisations to engage with the planning system in their local \u00a0area. The advice and guidance will be free at the point of delivery and will be made available throughout England from 1 April 2011.<\/p>\n<p>A total fund of approximately \u00a33m per annum is available over each of the two years from 2011\/12 to 2012\/13.\u00a0 Individual grants are therefore likely to have a value in the order of \u00a3500,000 to \u00a31m per year.
