This is an investment of around \u00a3500k each year by HES to fund paid traineeships in a number of areas.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018These traineeships are unique and will see the individuals working on the HES estate along with external placements in the sector.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>HES writes:<\/p>\n<p>Historic Environment Scotland is the lead public body established to investigate, care for and promote Scotland\u2019s historic environment.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking 10 trainees across our Conservation Directorate.
