Therefore, I am delighted to announce the relaunch of the Street Design Awards, and would urge councils across the country to put forward their best schemes.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The Awards are supported by the Institution of Lighting Professionals, the Landscape Institute, Play England, and Highways magazine.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submissions is 28 February 2019.
