The themes and actions developed from this engagement have allowed us to draft a high-level strategic vision for the organisation that also aligns with the focus of the Scottish Government\u2019s\u00a0<em>National Performance Framework<\/em>.\u00a0 This vision set out in the draft Plan is supported by 5 new cross-cutting outcomes, which allows the Corporate Plan to become more ambitious and more future focussed, looking beyond the initial Plan period.
