{"id":1994,"date":"2010-11-05T16:59:02","date_gmt":"2010-11-05T16:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=1994"},"modified":"2010-11-05T16:59:02","modified_gmt":"2010-11-05T16:59:02","slug":"hlf-new-support-for-applicants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=1994","title":{"rendered":"HLF: new support for applicants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has announced changes to its procedures in recognition of the economic challenges facing potential and current applicants.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\nThe changes, which apply with immediate effect, are: reduced match funding requirements, management &amp; maintenance costs included in match funding, more accessible grant increases, and consideration of requests for short-term revenue funding from past grant-holders where the current economic climate is putting the achievements of a project at risk, in order to protect HLF investment.<\/p>\n<p>HLF said: \u201cIn all cases, applicants will still need to have explored other sources of funding and ensure their project offers good value for money.
