have been issued to members, including nominations, financial summaries and a new end-page notice of the next Annual School, as well as our regular Trustees\u2019 Report, to last September, covering:<\/h3>\n<h6><em>image F Newton<\/em><\/h6>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staffing<\/li>\n<li>Resources<\/li>\n<li>Investment<\/li>\n<li>Membership Application Training Event (MATE) sessions<\/li>\n<li>Our new joint <em>Conservation Professional Practice Principles<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Accreditation<\/li>\n<li>IHBC+ and Council+ updates<\/li>\n<li>International Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Membership growth<\/li>\n<li>Training, education and social media networks<\/li>\n<li>HESPR<\/li>\n<li>The IHBC\u2019s Conservation Areas 50th Anniversary Celebrations awards<\/li>\n<li>Marsh Awards and Student Awards<\/li>\n<li>Sector challenges<\/li>\n<li>Practice standards including our Research and Guidance Notes, and<\/li>\n<li>As ever, \u2018\u2026 offering special and sincere gratitude to the many volunteers, supporters, consultants and staff who have all contributed to our vast work programme over the year.\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IHBC Trustees write:<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 We have\u2026 continued our leading role in addressing built and historic environment conservation practice needs and issues across the UK: our branches continue to deliver a unique body of local training and networking on the ground; our \u2018IHBC Jobs <em>etc.<\/em>&#8216; data roundup for the 2016-17 financial year recorded job opportunities linked to a minimum of some c\u00a34.7 million of total annual costed salaries, which although substantially down on the previous period, still marked out this service both as a core sector resource as well as an income generator for us;
