The IHBC Director\u2019s pick from the HESPR<\/em> News and Tender Alert<\/em> email for this week features Haringey Council\u2019s search for an \u2018Architect\/Multi-disciplinary team (RIBA stage 4 Technical Design) for the Bruce Grove Toilet Restoration project.\u2019\u00a0 It writes: \u2018A feasibility study for this Grade II listed building was carried out in 2008. The stage 4 design study will need to refresh the previous feasibility study by taking account of the changes and to identify and develop the design for the viable re-use and restoration options.\u2019<\/p>\n

The project is valued at \u00a325,000 \u2013 \u00a350,000 and the opportunity closes 26 March.<\/p>\n
