Dr Mynors has written extensively on the law in relation to the historic environment.<\/p>\n

His book\u2019, Changing Churches: a practical guide to the faculty system\u2019, was published by Bloomsbury in June 2016.\u00a0 The most recent edition (fifth) co-written with Nigel Hewitson of \u2018Listed Buildings and Other Heritage Assets\u2019, was published late 2017.<\/p>\n

This afternoon will look at the issue of the extent of listing, with regard to section 1(5) of the [1990] Act: covering<\/p>\n
