{"id":1775,"date":"2010-09-11T12:08:08","date_gmt":"2010-09-11T12:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=1775"},"modified":"2010-09-11T12:10:59","modified_gmt":"2010-09-11T12:10:59","slug":"befs-1st-congress-feedback","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=1775","title":{"rendered":"BEFS: 1st Congress feedback"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><strong> <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BEFS\u2019 first Annual Congress, with the IHBC as sponsor, has been  hailed a great success, commencing with a keynote speech by Ruth  Parsons, Historic Scotland\u2019s Chief Executive, and concluding with an  address by Fiona Hyslop, Minister for Culture and External Affairs in  the Scottish Government.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\nThe Congress was held in the Roxburghe Hotel in Charlotte Square  Edinburgh on 2 September 2010.
