As part of a five-year scheme, run by Waveney District Council (WDC) and Historic England, neglected buildings will be brought back into use as housing or retail spaces and the area will undergo general regeneration and transformation.<\/p>\n<p>A detailed delivery plan for the North Lowestoft Heritage Action Zone will now be prepared for delivery from spring 2018 onwards, and will identify any grant-funding to be provided by Historic England.
