The IHBC Director\u2019s pick from the HESPR Bulletin<\/em> for this week is a call from Historic England for a \u2018consultant for a project to develop an evaluation framework for Historic England which must employ an outcomes focused logic model approach and align with the Treasury\u2019s Magenta Book guidance for evaluation. The project method should include a desk based review of Historic England’s corporate documents; existing performance metrics and methods; guidance and evaluation best practice. Qualitative research methods are essential including face to face interviews with Historic England staff and stakeholders. A key output of the project will be recommendations on performance indicators based on the organisation’s logic model\u2019.<\/p>\n

The project is valued at \u00a330-40k, and bids close on 10 July.<\/p>\n
