The scheme offers grants to collaborative groups looking to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve our natural resources e.g. soil, water, woodland and carbon storage<\/li>\n<li>Improve biodiversity and habitat management, managing uplands and peat management<\/li>\n<li>Take action to improve access and recreation opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Increase green infrastructure and urban drainage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Grants can range from a minimum of \u00a310,000 to a maximum of \u00a3700,000.
