The IHBC Director\u2019s top selection from the HESPR members\u2019 Bulletin<\/em> for this week is London Borough of Redbridge\u2019s search for a \u2018Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the \u2018Hainault Ancient Forest \u2014 a landscape for the future\u2019 project, phase 1 (Design Phase) of which includes: costed designs need to be developed to RIBA Work Stage 3; fund-raising strategy with fund-raising targets met; HLF, UKWAS\/FSC and Greenflag compliant Conservation Management Plan; successful planning application; Consultation and Engagement Strategy; HLF Stage 2 application to be prepared and submitted.\u00a0 The Business Plan, Activity Plan and specialist ecology consultants, will be procured separately and managed directly by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n

The contract is valued at \u00a3488,500 and the call closes on 30 June.<\/p>\n
