The IHBC Director\u2019s top pick from the HESPR Bulletin for this week is a call from Greenham Parish Council (GPC) which \u2018wishes to appoint a Project Manager who will project plan and manage the delivery of the final phase of refurbishment of the iconic control tower of the former Greenham Common airfield. The Project will be delivered in two phases. Project management of both phases will be awarded to the same organisation.\u2019 Closing date is 11 May and with no value is offered.<\/p>\n
