It has been produced in response to  a    growing number of requests for advice on good practice in engaging  with local    people in development schemes.<\/p>\n<p>Sue Percy, Director of Planning Aid England, said: \u201cThere is no  perfect recipe    for good community engagement. All development schemes are different.
