Top tender pick of the week:<\/p>\n

The IHBC Director\u2019s top pick from the HESPR Bulletin for this week comes from Blaenau Gwent County BC, which is looking to procure a specialist consultant to develop an individual Town Centre Strategy for each of Blaenau Gwent\u2019s 5 town centres \u2013 Abertillery, Blaina, Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale and Tredegar. It says: \u2018The strategy should be an economic development focussed document which sets out an approach to supporting enterprise, attracting investment and creating sustainable community hubs within each town centre.\u00a0 The project is funded by Welsh Government and therefore the project would need to be completed within 6 weeks of appointment (or 30th March 2017).\u2019<\/p>\n

The contract is not given a value, while bids close on 27 January.<\/p>\n
