The IHBC Director\u2019s top pick from the HESPR Bulletin for this week comes from Historic England which is seeking a \u2018Better evidence base to understand the impact on the Historic Environment of recent planning reforms\u2019 which is looking \u2018to commission a project intended to ascertain the impact of these changes on the historic environment and the degree of consistency across a range of decisions involving designated heritage assets.\u2019\u00a0 It expects the project \u2018to take 5 months to complete\u2019, while the contract is valued at \u00a345.000-\u00a355,00 and bids close on 4 January.<\/p>\n
