The frame now contains a new public \u2018pocket\u2019 park and event space designed by Bell Phillips Architects. The lighting design by Spiers + Major aims to make park users feel safe and secure as natural light fades, and provide a lighting \u2018experience\u2019 inspired by the idea of a solar eclipse.<\/p>\n<p>The gasholder was decommissioned in 2000 and resurrected in 2013 as part of the King\u2019s Cross redevelopment.
