{"id":13485,"date":"2016-08-17T16:02:04","date_gmt":"2016-08-17T15:02:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=13485"},"modified":"2016-08-16T16:17:10","modified_gmt":"2016-08-16T15:17:10","slug":"dcms-heritage-lottery-fund-annual-report-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=13485","title":{"rendered":"DCMS: Heritage Lottery Fund Annual Report published"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/department-for-culture-media-sport\">Department for Culture, Media &amp; Sport<\/a> (DCMS) has announced that Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) (National Heritage Memorial Fund Lottery Distribution) annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, which reports \u2018over 3,200 grant applications, requesting \u00a3929million\u2026 a very small reduction on the level received in 2014\u201315.\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>HLF writes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 Since the Lottery started in 1994, we have received over 70,000 applications requesting over \u00a316.4billion. During that time, we have made over 48,000 awards to a value of \u00a37.2billion.<\/p>\n<p>During the year, we had over 3,200 grant applications, requesting \u00a3929million. This is a very small reduction on the level received in 2014\u201315 \u2013 a 2% drop in the value of applications.
