He is a MPhil in Town Planning and holds the Diploma in Management. He is also a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.<\/p>\n<p>Karen Anderson, Chair of A+DS said: \u201cI am delighted that Jim MacDonald is joining A+DS at an important stage in its development. We had an impressive number of candidates for the post of Chief Executive and Jim has all the right leadership skills and background to take A+DS forward. \u00a0Jim will work within A+DS to take forward our aims to promote good \u2018place-making\u2019, and better, more sustainable, built development in Scotland.
