{"id":12685,"date":"2016-05-04T18:35:28","date_gmt":"2016-05-04T17:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=12685"},"modified":"2016-05-04T18:35:28","modified_gmt":"2016-05-04T17:35:28","slug":"englands-empty-homes-at-all-time-low","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=12685","title":{"rendered":"England\u2019s \u2018Empty Homes\u2019 at \u2018All time low\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>The latest DCLG statistics for housing show that the number of empty homes is currently at its lowest since records began.<\/u><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>DCLG writes:<br \/>\n<\/u>The number of empty homes is now at its lowest level since records began.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reversal of downward trend in numbers of owner occupied households<\/li>\n<li>record drop in number of empty homes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New figures\u00a0show that the number of empty homes is now at its lowest level since records began.
