Do you want to tackle the IHBC membership application process but feel a little daunted by it – have no fear as the IHBC\u2019s Scotland Branch is here to help!<\/u><\/p>\n
A seminar is being held on 18th May in Glasgow to help guide you through the application process. With advice and guidance from Kate Kendall from the National Office of the IHBC, and full IHBC members from Scotland Branch to help you with any questions about applying and meeting the IHBC competencies.<\/p>\n
IHBC Scotland Chair Jane Jackson said: \u2018Attending an IHBC Affiliates seminar is an ideal way to get a helping hand in considering the next steps in your historic environment career, and also meet lots of new people.\u00a0 The venue itself is also well worth a visit and we hope to welcome you all to the Women\u2019s Library in Glasgow on 18 May.\u2019\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

The venue is the recently restored Women\u2019s Library in the east end of Glasgow and there will be the opportunity to hear about the repair of the original library building and the collection now held there.<\/p>\n
