The Wales Heritage Group has launched a manifesto which urges all the political parties participating in the forthcoming National Assembly elections to take the needs of heritage into account.<\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

The manifesto call on:\u2019\u2026<\/u>all political parties to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Value our unique heritage assets and the expertise of those who look after them<\/li>\n
  2. Implement the Historic Environment (Wales) Act to make sure that the past works for the future<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure continued support and resourcing for preservation and enhancement of heritage asset<\/li>\n
  4. Involve everyone – landowners, heritage bodies, residents and visitors \u2013 in maximising the benefits of our heritage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
