Bob Kindred MBE, who maintains the IHBC\u2019s database on prosecutions, has announced that the database now includes 150 cases, following the inclusion of a case from Northern Ireland recently reported on the institute\u2019s NewsBlog.<\/p>\n
The database was created in 1996 on the initiative of Bob Kindred – now the IHBC\u2019s voluntary Local Government Officer – to help establish levels of local authority prosecution activity. \u00a0He says: \u2018With 150 cases it is more robust than ever before, but we always need cases to be reported to us to maintain its effectiveness, so we\u2019re encouraging people to use the data, and to let us know when there are any more cases to be added to the list.\u2019<\/p>\n
