{"id":11124,"date":"2015-09-18T18:14:30","date_gmt":"2015-09-18T17:14:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=11124"},"modified":"2015-09-18T18:14:30","modified_gmt":"2015-09-18T17:14:30","slug":"ihbcs-toolbox-new-guidance-note-on-standard-conditions-for-lbc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=11124","title":{"rendered":"IHBC\u2019s Toolbox: New Guidance Note on \u2018Standard Conditions for LBC\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>The IHBC has launched its new Guidance Note on using standard conditions for Listed Building Consent (LBC) applications<\/u><u>, which can be found on our developing \u2018Toolbox\u2019 for practitioners<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The topics covered within the guidance note include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tips on how to write necessary; relevant; enforceable; precise; and reasonable Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Guidance on the development management process with reference to conditions<\/li>\n<li>Issues in fitting the particular circumstances of the case and using linked or complementary conditions<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The guidance note is written by IHBC&#8217;s Research Consultant Bob Kindred.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This is one of a series of occasional G<\/em>uidance <em>Notes published by The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC). IHBC Guida<\/em>nce <em>Notes offer current and recent<\/em> guidance <em>into topics that we consider crucial to the promotion of good built and historic environment conservation policy and practice.
