1000 new homes to rent are now going to be available in London under the <\/u>Build to Rent fund.<\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n
DCLG writes: Mr Lewis said the completion of these 3 deals will provide good quality rented homes for tenants \u2018well into the future\u2019.\u00a0 The \u00a31 billion Build to Rent fund is designed to help developers produce large scale, quality homes, specifically for the private rented sector.<\/p>\n Yesterday\u2019s latest agreements will mean \u00a3252 million is invested in building 1,353 homes across key sites in London.
