This publication provides guidance on the legal requirements for CDM 2015 and is available to help anyone with duties under the Regulations. It describes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the law that applies to the whole construction process on all construction projects, from concept to completion<\/li>\n<li>what each dutyholder must or should do to comply with the law to ensure projects are carried out in a way that secures health and safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CDM 2015 is subject to certain transitional provisions which apply to construction projects that start before the Regulations come into force and continue beyond that date.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/pubns\/books\/l153.htm?cr=2&amp;ebul=gd-cons%2Fcdmapr15\" target=\"_blank\">View information on the new regulations<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/construction\/cdm\/regulation-changes.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Transitional information<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New regulations for construction design and management (CDM) recently came into force, and HSE have published guidance on their use and application.
